At Queen Containers, we stand behind the durability and quality of our containers. Our Limited Warranty ensures peace of mind for both new and used ISO shipping containers purchased directly from Queen Containers.

 What’s Covered

This warranty applies to containers that exhibit defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions during the specified warranty period. Queen Containers will, at its discretion:

• Repair the container, or
• Replace defective parts using new or professionally refurbished components, or
• Replace the entire unit, if necessary

All containers include our guaranteed leakproof protection during the warranty period.

 Warranty Coverage Periods

 New ISO Shipping Containers

• Warranty Term: 10 years from the original purchase date
• Coverage: Material and workmanship defects + leakproof guarantee

 Used Cargo-Worthy ISO Shipping Containers

• Warranty Term: 5 years from the original purchase date
• Coverage: Material and workmanship defects + leakproof guarantee

 Refrigerated Containers (Reefers)

• New Refrigerated Containers:
  • 5 years on internal mechanical/electrical systems
  • 10 years on the container shell structure
• Used or Refurbished Refrigerated Containers:
  • 30-day warranty on mechanical/electrical systems
  • 5 years on the container shell structure

 Replacement Terms

If a unit or component is replaced under warranty:

• The replacement item assumes either:
  • The remaining term of the original warranty, or
  • A 5-year warranty from the replacement date, whichever is longer.

 What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Improper use, handling, or site installation
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• External causes such as accidents, abuse, neglect, weather events, or vandalism
• Rust or corrosion on used containers
• Refrigerated unit performance where damaged by improper maintenance or power failure

 Final Notes

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Queen Containers reserves the right to update or revise warranty terms at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect units already purchased.
